Northfield’s Next Generation Officially Joins The Company

The next generation of Northfield’s best has joined the company: JR and Nick.

JR brings a background in sales and corporate real estate. He will be working in business development and operations.

Nick will be joining the field operations as he wraps up his apprenticeship with the Carpenters Union.

Northfield is pleased to have John Recchia’s two sons continue his legacy, bringing fresh perspective to the organization, while upholding the company’s core values of Integrity, Accountability and Transparency.
